Tulina Riverside Treat is a private family space created for meaningful connection with nature, cultural heritage, sustainable living, creativity and personal renewal.

The Treat welcomes guests by personal invitation only, under the guidance of the family elder or an authorised representative.

This is not a public hotel or an open-access resort. Information about the grounds, facilities, activities, accommodation arrangements and shared experiences is available only to approved guests.

Private invitation request

If you have a personal introduction, have been referred by an existing guest, or wish to express interest in the vision of Tulina Riverside Treat, you may submit a private invitation request.

All requests are subject to review. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or access to the property.

Conditions of admission

Admission is by approved invitation and QR pass

1. Approval first

Only guests approved by the family elder and accepted for a stay are admitted.

2. Personal QR admission pass

Each approved invitation carries a unique QR admission pass for the confirmed dates. It is not transferable.

3. Scanned at the gate

The caretakers scan the QR pass at the gate on arrival. Guests without a valid pass cannot be admitted.

4. Groups and team leaders

One invitation covers a group. The team leader must submit the full list of participants in advance, and only listed participants may accompany the team leader.
