HOTEL POLICIES AND RESERVATION REQUIREMENTS

The page  provides you with all information you will need to make a reservation and stay with us at the TREAT.

Guaranteed Reservations

Deposit : You are required to make a payment of 50% of your booking to guarantee your reservations. Use any of the available payment systems.

Payment Types: Pay via Momo pay {…….} or +256776 460 354 or Online with credit /debit cards, via Bank deposit ( call for details).

 

Note: To guarantee a reservation with us at Tulina Riverside Treat, a valid credit card is required at time of booking if you are using the website, or registered mobile number that has the same name as per the personal national identification document presented at the reception.  If a credit card or registered mobile number is not available, your reservation will only be held for a minimal time period.

Cancellation Policy

Guaranteed reservations at the Tulina Riverside Treat be cancelled by 4:00 pm, 24 hours prior to arrival date to avoid cancellation penalties. If you wish to cancel your reservation within the cancel policy, 50% on 1-night

penalty including taxes/fees will be applied. 

Group, or company and Conference reservations are subject to the cancellation and deposit

policies outlined at time of booking and may vary from standard Treat  policies. 
Please maintain the pre-order arrangements.


PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, RELIGIOUS SEASONAL BREAKS FOR EXAMPLE XMAS OR NEW YEAR EVE CANCELLATION AND DEPOSIT POLICY

 

For these special day reservations will be charged a $25 deposit at time of booking, with
the balance of the stay being charged in full on 24th hour of the stay. Cancellations prior to 1 pm on arrival, you will forfeit the $25.00
deposit. Cancellations after 1 pm on arrival you  will forfeit 50% of the Special event  along with a $25.00 deposit. Cancellations requested after 1 pm  6  hrs. prior to arrival will forfeit 100% of stay and applicable taxes.

Check in time at the Tulina Riverside Treats begins at 11: 45 am. If your party happens to arrive earlier and the room is not available at the time of arrival, our  desk will be happy to store your bags so you can enjoy your day in Gardens or at the riverside. Check out time is for 12 .00 noon the day of departure.

To reserve a room at the Tulina Riverside Treat, there must be at least 1 adult present in the room 18 years of age or older.

The Tulina Riverside Treat accepts all major credit cards, (VERVE, VISA, MASTERCARD) as well as cash, US Dollars or, Momo Pay/ Mobile Money, User charges may apply on
some forms of payments.

Local Fees & Taxes per night plus Hotel Tax  may apply according to the tax regime – Includes $1 Municipal Accommodation Tax per night, per head in occupancy,

  • Photo ID

 

Valid photo  ID is required both for the check in process, as well as being a necessity to
process a credit card.
